Plant Therapy Spearmint Essential Oil

Spearmint’s bright and uplifting scent is perfect for supporting concentration. To use aromatically, diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.

This oil can also be used to help settle a queasy stomach. To help ease discomfort, dilute to a maximum of 1.7% in your favorite carrier and apply to the abdomen.
