Introduction

You may have heard that affirmations can help you change your mindset from a negative one to a positive one. For example, if you’re stuck in the belief that you’ll never amount to anything, an affirmation like “I am capable of great things” could be a way out of that mental rut. The problem is, though, not all affirmations are created equal. That’s why I’ve come up with over 10 simple affirmations that can help anyone break free of limiting beliefs and move into their true potential.

“I am confident and worthy of love.”

You can’t expect to be confident if you don’t believe in yourself. And if you don’t believe in yourself, there’s a good chance that others won’t either. But when people have confidence, they tend to attract more success and happiness in their lives.

Confidence is simply the state of mind where we choose our thoughts and feelings rather than allowing them to happen on their own. When we are confident, it means that we trust ourselves and our abilities enough to let go of fear or doubt so that positive thoughts can flow through us freely. It’s an internal act of faith—a decision we make each time we decide whether or not to pursue something new based on past experiences instead of allowing fear or uncertainty stop us from moving forward toward what we want most deeply inside ourselves (which may not always be the same thing!).

If you want more confidence in your life, start paying attention now . . .

“I am safe and secure.”

You are safe. You are secure. You are protected. You are safe from harm, danger and anything that could hurt you. You’re safe from the past and future as well as everything that has ever happened or will happen to you in those places—including your thoughts.

You can use this affirmation in any way that works for you: write it down on paper or type it into an app; record yourself saying it aloud so you can play back the recording when needed; memorize it and repeat it silently to yourself throughout the day (or even sleep with this affirmation playing quietly in your mind); combine multiple affirmations together and repeat them over and over again until they feel like breathing (this method is especially useful if there is more than one area of life where negative beliefs have taken hold).

“I am enough, I have enough, and life is enough.”

You are enough. You have enough. Life is enough.

This simple affirmation can help you to change your mindset, your belief system and even your self-image. Affirmations are a powerful way to change the way you see yourself and the world around you by introducing positive statements into your daily life and routine.

“I am capable of great things; I am powerful.”

“I am capable of great things; I am powerful.”

This statement reminds you that you are capable of doing anything, and that it is always within your grasp to achieve the next step towards your goals. You can do it right now, in this moment, with ease and confidence. You can accomplish your goals in any way that feels right to you—you don’t need to follow someone else’s path or process to get there! “I have everything I need inside me already; there’s nothing holding me back from greatness except my own doubts.” This affirmation tells us that we have all the tools necessary for success within us already, but sometimes we forget about this fact because our minds fill up with thoughts like “I’m not good enough” or “I don’t deserve success” or other negative beliefs which only serve as roadblocks on our path towards greatness. It’s important when you hear these types of thoughts arising within yourself (and they will) — instead of ignoring them or trying not think them at all — acknowledge their presence while also accepting yourself as being capable at whatever task lies before you…

“I deserve to receive all good things.”

When you truly believe that you deserve to receive all good things, the universe will start giving you what you want. You deserve to be happy. You deserve to be healthy. You deserve to be loved and respected by other people in your life, who treat you well and make sure that everything is always on your side and nothing bad happens to you ever again.

When we think about what we want for ourselves or for others, it’s sometimes easy for us not to believe that it’s possible because there are just so many other factors involved with achieving those goals—but if we’re able to change our mindset and believe that anything is possible then suddenly we’ve opened up our minds so much more than before!

“I desire a healthy lifestyle.”

Finally, affirmations are just one of the many ways you can use your mind to change the way you think and feel. The power of affirmations is that they help you create a new mindset, which will eventually lead to more positive outcomes in life.

For example, if your goal is to lose weight by eating healthier food and exercising regularly—but for some reason this goal seems impossible—you may sometimes start feeling discouraged because there’s no progress being made towards achieving the desired outcome. However, if instead of thinking about how hard it will be to achieve this goal, you focus on how easy it could be… then suddenly it doesn’t seem so far away anymore! You see what I mean? Affirmation work when used properly!

“My mind is strong and focused.”

Your mind is the most powerful tool you have in your life. It can be used for good or evil, to make positive and lasting changes in your life, or it can be used to create negative emotions and thoughts that will drag you down. Your mind is the only thing that you have total control over and responsibility for.

If you want to break free of limiting beliefs and take control of your life, then start by working on strengthening your mind through affirmations.

“My body is strong and healthy.”

Just as you cannot be happy if you don’t believe in your own self-worth, neither can you be healthy if you don’t believe that your body is strong and healthy. How do we build this belief? By making positive affirmations each morning and repeating them throughout the day.

An affirmation is a statement about yourself that is repeated over time until it becomes part of who you are; it’s like a mantra or prayer. You may already have some affirmations in mind, but there are many more possibilities to explore! For example:

  • “My body is strong and healthy.”
  • “I am capable of reaching my goals.”
  • “I am grateful for all my blessings.”

“I love and accept myself unconditionally, right now.”

What if you could say the words “I love and accept myself unconditionally” and really mean it?

What would your life be like if you truly felt worthy of self-compassion, forgiveness, and love without any conditions?

What if you lived in a place where even when things didn’t go your way, they still went well because they were always exactly what they needed to be in order for you to grow into the person that you’re meant to become.

Imagine living in this space where nothing stands in the way between yourself and joy; a place where everything works out perfectly even when it doesn’t seem like it will. Imagine how incredible that would feel!

“The world is abundant; there is more than enough for me.”

  • You are a part of the world, and the world is abundant. The world has more than enough to meet your needs and those of others. You are not separate from this abundance; you are a part of it, and so there is enough for everyone in the world. This includes you!
  • If we look at our lives as being separate from everything else, then it can seem like we have limited resources available to us: time, money, people who love us etcetera. But if we see ourselves as part of something larger (the whole) then it becomes clear that there is no such thing as scarcity or lack—only abundance that goes beyond what our minds can imagine!
